Laura Osbun

Program Development Specialist
Laura works for the National Resource Center for Youth Services (NRCYS) as a Program Development Specialist for OKSA. She provides training, technical assistance, transition planning, and serves as a resource person for child welfare, tribes, care providers, community collaborators, and young adults. She also coordinates area and statewide projects to include group home work and case management. Laura has a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from Cameron University in Lawton, OK. Laura loves cooking, practicing yoga, working in her yard, and spoiling her furry housemate, Kizzy the cat.
